Neighbourhood

Norwich is an old city with the population of about 200,000 people. Our home is situated within the popular NR3 area of Norwich, within walking distance of the city. There many beautiful parks nearby such as St Clement Park, Waterloo Park, Old Catton Park. We are also very close - 25 minutes walk to the city centre. There is a lot to discover from galleries, to lovely pubs and restaurants, music and theatre . If you enjoy the outdoors canoeing or paddle boarding , the rivers and the Broads are within a few minutes drive away and the beautiful Norfolk coast 30 minutes by car. There is plenty to do, be it relax in the local neighbourhood or venture out further afield. There are music festivals, street theatre festivals and many other events taking place throughout the year. To access London it is 1. 45 hrs by train , to get to Cambridge is takes about 1.15 hrs by train or 1. 5 hrs to drive. There many other beautiful destinations located near Norwich such as Cromer, Wells next the Sea, Southwold. Norwich airport is 10 min away (drive) , London Stansted is 1 hrs 50 min by train then 10 min by car /taxi.

Getting around

There are grocery shops nearby the nearest 5 min walk. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes walk. Or 3 minutes on the bike or by car.
