Neighbourhood

Very quiet neighborhood with 3 large grocery stores only a few minutes away. (Publix, Aldi and Walmart). GT Bray Park is only a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk. There you can find Pickle ball courts (covered and uncovered, tennis courts) a rec center with many different exercise classes plus a disc golf course. The club house of the condo has a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ's, table tennis, libary, small gym and a pool table.

Nearest airport

Tampa is about 55 minutes away and Sarasota is about 20-30 minutes by car.

Getting Around

To get around the neighborhood you could walk but it is best to have a car. A rental car is recommended or you could use Uber or Lyft. The grocery store and drug store are about a 10 minute walk.
