General overview

For summer exchange House of 160 m², fully renovated and equipped for 12 people (possibility of 14). Its large east-west crossing living room with balcony, its additional lounge area and its private sauna will seduce you. The slopes and shops are accessible in 3min by car or by free shuttle. The highly rated 3-star Michelin restaurant "La Bouitte" is located a few minutes walk from this house, one of the oldest buildings in the authentic village of Saint Marcel.

The space

On the ground floor : - On entering, dedicated room for skis / boots / sports equipment, laundry room, washing machine and dryer - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200cm) - Separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200cm), private bathroom (bath, sink, toilet) On the 1st floor: - Large living room including a living room with east-facing balcony (view of the village), electric fireplace and TV; a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen: 4 induction hobs, microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and raclette grill - Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200cm), private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) - Separate toilets On the 2nd floor (under the slope): - Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x200cm, possibility of combining into a double bed), private bathroom - Bedroom 5: two bunk beds (total of 4 beds 80x200cm), adjoining a relaxation room (TV, sofa) that can accommodate 2 additional beds - Separate bathroom (two basins and shower) - Separate toilets In the basement : - Sauna and rest area under an authentic vault The rental includes (delivered in the apartment for 12 people): - bed linen (beds not made) - towels (2 per person) - tea towels - bath mat

Right now only looking for an exchange with an NYC apartment (ideally in the Upper West Side) Oct 25th - Nov 4th 2023 Non simultaneous exchange ok. We are a family of 4, mom, dad, and boy / girl twins of 9yo + our little rabbit :) We live in the outskirts of Lyon, France and have properties in the Alps that we are also willing to exchange (non simultaneously) depending on your preferences (ski resorts of Les 3 Vallées). We lived in NYC for over 10 years before moving back to France in 2021 and like to remain connected with international friends and communities (through school and work). We like skiing, climbing, travels, books, movies. As seasoned home rental hosts we know how important it is to trust the people you hand your keys to, we will care for your house as if it was ours :)
