General Overview

Our home is our private resort in Waxhaw, NC. We are about 30 min from downtown Charlotte and just 2 hours from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Additionally, we are a day trip from Myrtle Beach, Wilmington, and other fantastic Atlantic coast beaches. It’s a newly build home with space to give any family peace of mind. The backyard offers a beautifully landscaped, private pool area, huge deck with a gas grill and a gas fire table dining area and smart tv. Beyond that, is a large wooded area perfect for kids of all ages. It includes a 100 foot long zip line to a wooden platform/play structure, hammocks, fire pit, trails for running and playing. Our home is kid friendly with a large bonus room stocked with toys, books, games, TV and game consoles. Feel free to bring your furry friend, we have a fenced in area of the yard around the pool as well as multiple wooded trails just a few minutes from our neighborhood, and sidewalks within our own community. We have a jeep wrangler (manual transmission) available for you and your family to enjoy upon request. We are about 1 hour from Uwharrie State Park with amazing off-road. Nearby Cane Creek Park offers great fishing as well as kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats for renting.
