Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom townhouse, a perfect retreat for families or couples looking to explore Canada's largest city. We have an amazing 3-bedroom townhouse with a home gym, steam sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the necessities for children. Conveniently located by the highway, it is an easy drive to downtown Toronto or to Niagara Falls or other attractions.
The space
This comfortable home is perfect for family bonding and relaxation with an open-concept living room with an electric fireplace during those chillier months, a large play area for children, a smart TV, and many board games/toys. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area for family meals.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable Queen-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, a large bathtub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom is currently equipped with a crib that can be transformed into a toddler bed (good for kids 0-5 years old), or we can remove it and transform the room to accommodate another Queen mattress. The third bedroom is great for young ones (3+) as it features a Jeep bed with a single-sized mattress and jungle décor.
Venture downstairs to discover a hidden gem, a thoughtfully designed basement that caters to fitness enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation. Those looking to stay active and maintain their fitness abroad will find a fully equipped personal gym furnished with a Bowflex for cardio workouts, a full set of dumbbells, a bench, and a range of exercise accessories. Adjacent to the gym is a Finnish sauna, which provides an escape for relaxation and rejuvenation and a rain-head shower to complete the spa-like experience, allowing for a refreshing cold plunge or a warm shower for those less adventurous and seeking relaxation. As you wind down, the lounge area is perfect to savor the post-workout or sauna glow. The basement also has a large-screen TV that beckons for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, along with a PlayStation 5 for the gamers (Which can certainly be put away if desired). For families with smaller children, there is a vibrant and colorful play area strategically nearby so little ones can stay entertained while you enjoy your well-deserved downtime. Additionally, the basement houses a spacious workstation, perfect for working remotely (WFH).
Stepping outside, you will find a private fenced-off courtyard where children can play safely with various outdoor toys, such as a sandbox or water table for warmer weather. There is a Weber natural gas barbeque for outdoor grilling and a relaxing swing while the children play. Attached to the house is a 2-car garage that offers convenient parking.

Neighbourhood
Our townhouse is in a quiet, family-friendly Toronto suburb; a mere 15-minute drive connects you to the vibrant city of Toronto, while the downtown core is easily reachable in 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. Across the street is a playground, while a 7-minute walk can reach another larger playground with a splash park for the summer and an ice rink in the winter months. Grocery stores, pharmacies and a variety of restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away. Public transit is available but a car would be essential to easily get around.
The historical Kleinburg village offers a blend of history and charm, with various boutique shops, bars, ice-cream/gelato cafes and delicious restaurants a 5-minute drive away. This is a perfect location for evening strolls through the village or by the walking trails nearby. For those looking for something slightly more adventurous, there are excellent hiking and mountain biking (Spring, Summer, Fall) and cross-country skiing (Winter) trails roughly 20 minutes away. An hour north, Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay are where you can enjoy swimming in the summer months. In the Winter, several downhill ski resorts offer snow tubing, fat bike trails (and rentals), and cross-country skiing trails.
Thrill-seekers are in for a treat, as Wonderland, Canada's largest theme park, is a mere 15-minute drive away. The park has many exhilarating rides, family-friendly attractions and entertainment, and themed events throughout the year, depending on when you visit.
