General Overview

The sector is a gem, there is something for all tastes and for all times ;) The coast is very beautiful and very varied, offering plenty of maritime activities. First beaches 6km away. Less than 15km: Pink Granite Coast with Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Locquirec... (diving, kayaking, sand yachting, hiking on the GR34, visit to the 7 islands). Lannion and all its services: cinema, bars, large market, free nature base, fest-noz... For rainy days: aquarium, planetarium, Gallic village, Cité des Telecoms... a few minutes by car. Less than an hour away: numerous natural sites: Morlaix bay, Bréhat island, the Mont d'Arrée...

The Space

You will stay in our grand penty, an old renovated farmhouse. Placed in the middle of the fields, you will be peaceful to enjoy the evenings on the south-facing terrace. Its location is strategic for very easy access to all the magnificent sites that the region offers. Spacious house (160m2) with 3 bedrooms (two with 160 bed, one with 90 bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen and living room facing south. A large, quiet garden with a mini farm with chickens and 2 goats (if you don't want to take care of it, friends can take over). Equipment for children available (bath, high chair, etc.).

Marie

We are a couple in their thirties (well-packed), researcher and engineer and two children aged 2 and 5 (Théodore and Saskia). We love house exchange because it totally corresponds to our way of life: meetings, sharing, simple and local adventures. We travel with ease and are easy to please: greenery, calm and small paths to walk. We are non-smokers and do not currently have any animals inside the house but know how to take care of cats, chickens, etc. We are very respectful of other people's property and we adapt to any operation.
