A new house with a high modern standard, four nice bedroom and a spacious livingroom and kitchen with all neccesities to have a comfortable stay. One full bathroom and one extra toilet. Nice and cozy garden and balcony. Situated close to all main tourist attractions in Stavanger and Sandnes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kristin’s beautiful home in Sandnes! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was bright, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a family — a lovely place to relax after exploring the region. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to nature walks and nearby Stavanger. The kids loved having space to play, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so smooth. Our hosts were kind, communicative, and generous — it truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to experience life in Sandnes through their home. We were also grateful for the use of their family car, without it we wouldn't have seen some beautiful fjords, marinas and attempt to climb the Pulpit Rock, which is only under an hour’s drive from their house. Tusen takk for sharing your space and trust with us — we’ll carry fond memories of our time there! -
My two friends and I had a wonderful time in Kristin's home in Sandes. Norway! It's a beautifully designed home with wonderful spaces to spend time together or enjoy a bit of solitude. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for children as well. There is a park right there with a wonderful path around a lake and a plus is the visit with the goats! Stavenger and Sandes have many wonderful restaurants and activities. Enjoy the fjord cruise, a meal at Bellies, an afternoon at Flor&Fjaere, which had a garden tour, delicious meal and time to explore the family owned island. Spending time at Kristin's is a great way to explore the Norwegian culture! She was very helpful and responsive especially to us older women who weren't so great at the modern appliances! I still have things to learn! -
Kristin's home was a highlight of our trip to Stavanger! Exactly like the photos, spotlessly clean. One of the evenings we cooked at home and my friends and I all thought it was so much better than dining out -- especially the wide view from the living and dining rooms out to the green landscape was simply gorgeous. We also enjoyed some wine on their terrace -- simply sublime! The house is ideally located, close to town, and easy to drive to the main sights. Kristin was so helpful, communication was excellent from the beginning and continued during out swap. She even lent us her car as part of the swap. I highly recommend exchanging with Kristin to their gorgeous house
