We had such a wonderful time at Tanyas home in the Scottish Borders. The house itself is stunning, in a lovely remote location and beautiful surroundings. The house well equipped, allowing us to enjoy cooking and even some baking. The beds were so comfortable too, everything at the house was so easy. The Scottish borders are a fantastic place to visit and take lots of trips- we spent a beautiful day at Berwick upon Tweed, as well as North Berwick. The beaches all long this coast line were superb- beautiful, soft sand and you have the whole place to yourself. We took another day trip to Edinburgh plus a trip to Bamburgh castle. It was fantastic to have the adventures by day, knowing we have a comfortable cosy home to return to. Communication was excellent with Tanya, she went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience. PLU does not disappoint, yet again. We can't wait to return the favour for Tanya and her family at our home. Thank you again from all of us, it's a holiday we won't ever forget.

We had a magical week at the Coach House in the Scottish Borders. As we were driving up crossing the beautiful hills and fields with sheep we knew this would be a wonderful place. Tanya and Marius have created a cozy welcoming home with comfortable beds, a cozy fireplace and a farmhouse kitchen. This is a country home in a wee village, and opportunities abound to hike or see local sights. We enjoyed day trips to the coast, Glasgow and Loch Lomond and Stirling Castle, as well as the little villages, ruined abbeys and the Holy Isle of Lindisfarne. The beds are comfortable and the house filled with light from the skylights and we hope to return one day and look forward to welcoming Tanya's family in a few weeks at our home. Tanya was extremely responsive and helpful in planning and we are grateful to her for her many suggestions. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tanya’s house! The place is beautiful, cozy, and spotless. We loved the peaceful location and the stunning nature all around—it was so relaxing. From here, we went on lots of fun trips: exploring Edinburgh, visiting Alnwick Castle, walking with alpacas, and discovering an old castle ruin. Everything was easy to get to by car. Just a short walk from the house is a brand-new, large playground that our kids absolutely loved. All in all, we can’t recommend a swap with Tanya enough. It was such a fantastic experience! We had such a lovely stay at Tanya & Marius’ home in Scottish Borders. Their home is so comfortable and clean with everything you need! We were surprised how much there is to do in the area and could easily have spent more time there. From castle tours to hill walks to Edinburgh to the coastline, it’s a beautiful area! We loved being in a rural area and driving through the countryside, seeing the sheep and lots of wildlife - Scotland must be one of the most beautiful places in the world! A big thank you to Tanya for all the information about the area and being available to answer our questions during our stay. We can’t wait to host your family next summer!

Tanya’s home was absolutely perfect. We stayed there with our 3yr old and 8m old. It’s exceptionally well equipped and had lots of things to keep the 3yr old occupied with. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved seeing all the pheasants. We had the local play park (walkable) to ourselves every day. There are lots of villages to travel to within a short drive and we could have definitely explored more than we did (and if kids were older and not restricted us with feeds, naps etc). Would definitely love to return in the future!
