General overview
We recently updated our kitchen to open concept and it has made a huge difference in how open the house feels. I easily interact with guests while preparing the meals and love my gas stove. I recently painted a beach mural in our sunroom that is converted to 4th bedroom. The backyard is a private haven with 2 patio tables, a hammock, firepit and outside TV.
The space
From front door opens to living room with open access to kitchen and dining room. There are four bedrooms (one is in converted sunroom). The remote office space is in the 3rd bedroom with the trundle bed. The other 3 bedrooms are queen beds. The main bedroom has full bathroom and the other 3 bedrooms share the second bath. The backyard has 2 patio tables, a hammock, firepit and BBQ smoker that uses wood pellets.
Guest access
Front door has access keypad (code changes with every stay). Ring camera in front and back yards for security purposes. Garage has laundry facilities but no room to park a car. Driveway can host 2 cars easily plus street parking.
Notes
Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of bedding and towels. Home is not luxurious but comfortable and homey.

Neighbourhood
We are walking distance to number of shopping, grocery and restaurants. Bus line is one mile away. We are 15 min from Seaworld, 20 min to Balboa park, 35 min to Legoland. Mission/Pacific beaches are 15 min away.
Getting to my home
Best to take an Uber from San Diego airport that is about 15-20 min from here.
Nearest airport
San Diego, 15-20 min away (southwest from house)
Getting around
Will consider car exchange, bus line one mile away. Uber comes to pick up within minutes.
