Two independent storey House (around 180 m2), first floor is occupied by my parents, second floor is ours (but separated), just about 900 square feet landscaped garden, two well exposed terraces (one with a breathtaking view from Verdon). 2 Bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, Italian style shower. Private parking space in front of the house, crossfit garage! Tiny but cute wooden swimming pool. House on two independent floors of approximately 180 m2 (the 1st floor (approx 85 m2) is our residence, my parents live on the ground floor) (separation of the two properties), with 900 m2 of landscaped garden, 2 sunny terraces, with breathtaking views . 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower (with safety bar to hold onto). Private parking in front of the house. Crossfit room in the garage! Small but cute swimming pool with wooden deck.

Guest access

A few secure steps to get to the house (around 12) A few stairs to descend (secured with ramps) to access the house. (about a dozen). Airport 1h00, Nice or Marseille, you can catch a bus then to get to the nearest town (then 10 mns from ours)

Getting to my home

Next village to Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume, close by Brad Pitt's Miraval (Châteauvert). Aix-en-Provence 35 mns away, beautiful. Verdon about 45 to 60 mns away, beautiful as well (lake). One hour from Nice, Cannes, Marseille, Toulon

Nice or Marseille roughly 1h00 drive

Getting around

Could swap cars, i own a Hyundai Kona 64 Executive electric, you could easily get to visit beautiful "Provence Verte" or get in an hour to cities such as Marseille or Nice. Beautiful Aix en Provence is only 30 minutes away! You could possibly use my car (electric) to visit the wonderful corners of Provence Verte or go to Marseille or Nice (60 mins approx), Aix en Provence is 30 minutes away!
