We are minutes away from Paris in a posh and very quiet neighbourhood on the western border of Paris: Neuilly-sur-Seine. It is one of the greatest place to visit Paris and to fully enjoy all its wonders for 2 reasons: it is conveniently close and exceptionally quiet to relax ! It has lots of natural light and sits on 2 double tree lined streets (exceptionally rare). Within 10 minutes walk: 2 subway lines (1 & 3) At the foot of our building : 2 bus lines (82 & 93) and a taxi station The apartment is also equipped with: - High speed Internet & Wi-Fi - 4K TV and Projector with Netflix and Prime Video - Japanese toilets (very very rare in France)

The space

Our apartment is 140 m² (approx. 1500 SQF) with a double living-room, a kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, 1 third room and 1 walk-in closet. Master room : Twin beds combined into 1 queen size / 2nd room: 1 single The 3rd room can be either a Home Office or be be switched into a 3rd room with a single bed. Our apartment is A/C equipped: living room and all the 3 rooms (which is still very rare in France).

Guest access

It is a 6 story gated building with a planted courtyard. We are on the penultimate floor.
