Our house is located 02 minutes walk from the beach of Lagoinha, Bombinhas-Santa Catarina.Sul do Brasil. Place safe and family. Near market, pharmacy, restaurants, etc ... There are more than 40 beaches. Quiet town with 20,000 population.
We are located 58 km from Florianopolis Hercilio Luz International Airport.

The Space

We own Residencial Sunset, apartaments for rent in Bombinhas-Santa Catarina.
Bombinhas is one of the top diving spots in Brazil. You can imagine what kind of beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters you will find.
The destination attracts audiences of various profiles, but families are more present here. The first stop is Arvoredo Island, hors-concours diving, followed by the beautiful waves for surfing on Quatro Ilhas and family pools in Sepultura Beach - don't be alarmed by the name.
We rent it from December until April, from April until November we make available for reciprocal or non reciprocal exchanges through homeexchange and People like us.

Neighbourhood

More than 40 beaches. Lagoinha beach is a 2-minute walk away, and Sepultura beach is a 15-minute walk away. Bombinhas central beach is a 10-minute walk away and 4 Ilhas beach is 15 minutes' walk away.

Getting Around

We are located 58 km from Florianopolis International Airport.
From Florianópolis, Porto Alegre or Curitiba, the access is made through BR-101. Take the entrance to Porto Belo Center (14 km; with high season traffic it can take up to two hours). Those from the south can cut their way down the Santa Luzia General Road, from dirt - but also need to pass through Porto Belo Center. To reach by bus, it is best to go to Balneário Camboriú, where there are departures to Bombinhas. From Florianópolis, the best option is to go to Itapema and take a bus.
