A minimalist and cosy apartment for 2 to 4 persons, located in the heart of Paris, in the lively neighbourhood of Saint Michel, the Latin Quarter (6th arrondissement). Perfect for discovering Paris on foot, our home is two steps away from the Seine where you can have long walks and enjoy parisian scenes. It is very pleasant to live in this apartment as everything is quickly accessible (museums, monuments, restaurants, markets...). Well equiped, calm and perfect to relax, our home will suit you for a long weekend.
The space
The apartment is composed of a main spacious and bright room and a bathroom.
In the main room, there are a fully equiped kitchen in a corner, a living room on the opposite and above, a sleeping area.
In the living room, you will find a comfy sofa-bed, a table and a TV screen. The table can be lifted up and that has extension leaves to make it bigger. It can fit 6 persons easily.
Above the living room, there is a secured sleeping area accessible with a ladder. It is separated from the rest of the space with a blackout curtain. Very convenient if you don't like to be woken up by the morning light, though there are blinds.
The bathroom includes a shower and the toilets.
You must have understand that the apartment is quite small (34 m2) but well arranged. The only disadvantage is that the storage units are full with our stuffs but we can make arrangement to find you space for your belongings.
Guest access
The appartment is located at the 2nd floor inside a courtyard. There is no elevator but a large stairwell.

Getting to my home
As we are living in the very center of the city, every main train station are accessible within 20 minutes maximum with the metro or with a taxi. Both main airports are also easily accessible. Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport is accessible in 30 minutes with the RER B (5 min from the flat). Orly is accessible in 45 minutes with OrlyBus.
