Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is entirely residential, but about 2 minutes away from every service you'd need including grocery, restaurants etc. It is a higher-end neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours that look out for each other and are well connected.
Getting Around
5 minute bike ride, or 2 minute car ride to the nearest grocery store and a few restaurant options. For more than that you'd need a car, or there is Uber service. You would need a car to get around, as it is a bit too far out for good transit service. There is a park & ride with service into Edmonton about 7 minutes away though. There is an unbelievable paved trail network that goes for many kilometers around, and connects right to our house though, fantastic for cyclists!

We are avid travelers, 41 countries and counting. We currently need to stick close to school breaks in November or March, and Christmas/summer due to high school demands. Looking for stays anywhere and everywhere, there are very few places we WOULDN’T consider going!
