Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is entirely residential, but about 2 minutes away from every service you'd need including grocery, restaurants etc. It is a higher-end neighbourhood with very friendly neighbours that look out for each other and are well connected.
Getting around
5 minute bike ride, or 2 minute car ride to the nearest grocery store and a few restaurant options. For more than that you'd need a car, or there is Uber service. You would need a car to get around, as it is a bit too far out for good transit service. There is a park & ride with service into Edmonton about 7 minutes away though. There is an unbelievable paved trail network that goes for many kilometers around, and connects right to our house though, fantastic for cyclists!

We are avid travelers, 40 countries and counting. No exchanges yet, but have used Air BnB extensively, and even hosted with them for a bit. We have a great rating both as guests and as hosts! Looking for stays anywhere and everywhere, but especially Hawaii and Germany. We are planning now for a 3-month stay in Germany from June - August of 2022?, so if you're looking to swap then, message us! We are also interested in other neighbouring countries that we can visit on shorter 4-5 day stopovers in between the various swaps that we have arranged so far. (Norway, Slovenia, France and Austria are high on the list).
