General Overview

My home offers easy access to all public transportation and is just minutes from the most popular cultural venues of the city. Also the immediate neighborhood has shops and eateries within walking distance. The Italian restaurant on the ground floor is also a boon!

The Space

The universal key is for all access, including the mailbox and trash room. The apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, large bay windows, and a desk (work) space in each.

Guest Access

We're on the third floor with elevator access. (To open the apartment door, turn key clockwise, pull the handle towards yourself as you turn the key. Apartment can be double bolted

Notes

Friendly neighbors are helpful if needed. Contact Adam (contact information in apartment guide) if any issues arise. There's a trash room with re-cycle bins (glass, packaging, paper) and trash containers; entrance is to the left of garage entrance.

Neighbourhood

We're on a quiet street but close to high-density places like Alexanderplatz, formerly called Luisenstadt, it belongs to Mitte, very near the Märkisches Museum, a park on the Spree River bank just a block away. Lots of eateries and grocery stores are nearby.

Getting to my home

Several bus stops half-block away, U8 and U2 also one block away, S-Bahn station Jannowitzbrücke is about three blocks away.

Nearest airport

BER airport is reachable by train or S-Bahn from Alexanderplatz. A taxi from/to BER will cost about €50.
