General Overview

We have a fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in the heart of the Liverpool One complex. Liverpool One complex houses over 100 shops and is right on the waterfront of Liverpool. Our apartment overlooks the Royal Albert Dock. It's a modern apartment block and was opened in 2008 when Liverpool were European Capital of Culture. Coming from the hallway the first room is the second bedroom which is a double room and has plenty of space for your belongings. The next room is the large lounge and kitchen/diner. The lounge has a large reclining corner sofa with 50" TV which is a smart TV. We also have mega fast fibre broadband available. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen is compact but has everything you need, please help yourself to store cupboard essentials and any cooking equipment you need (we have blenders, mixers, air fryer and lots of other kitchen gadgets). We have a breakfast bar and 4 comfortable stools for mealtimes or working. The main bedroom has a king size bed with Tempur mattress and plenty of space for your belongings. There is also an en suite shower room within the master bedroom.

Hi there, I'm Jo and my husband is Brian. We are both over 50 and loving life right now. We have our own business here in Liverpool in the UK and are in a very fortunate position we can operate from anywhere in the world for many weeks at a time. We have recently done 3 months in Portugal, 2 months in Thailand and a month in Australia. We love travelling and exploring new places but have been to many places more than once. Once we get a vibe for somewhere we love we hole up there and stay a while. We both used to have day jobs until starting the business and longed for the day we could spend time travelling. Our business is managing Airbnb properties so we think we know what it takes to be great house guests and can assure you we will look after your place like our own. We ideally like coastal locations that are easy to get around. We aren't object to car hire but prefer to use public transport where possible. We are currently planning Australia for january/february 2028. Europe any other time in the year. We are happy for shorter breaks in the UK too.
