The house is fully new, finished in May 2025. Made of wood with a very warm atmosphere. Has strong temperature isolation (class-A). With air conditioning, solar panels. The garden, private, is 1100m2 with great views to the mountain and at 5 minutes walk from a very nice beach. As we live the whole year, it has all systems to live in a confortable way, like washing machine, oven, high speed wifi, hot water, microwaves, TV. We love plants, and are environment lovers.

Hello! we are a spanish couple, 51 and 52 years old, that we would like to exchange our new wood built home, we are very near to Barcelona (45 min car) nice beach at 5 minutes walking and the lovely Girona city. We love nature, and we have been in places related with it like costa rica, Alaska, Rocky mountains, Patagonia,.. We are teacher and IT engineer, we take a lot of care with other owner’s things, therefore we expect the same. Optional we can share our car with you. Hope hearing news from you.
