Beautiful bright & airy 3 bed cottage in a medieval town full of quirky streets, pubs, restaurants, Riverside walks, a drive to many beaches & ports.

The Space

2 upstairs king-size bedrooms & 1 downstairs bedroom with bunk beds 4ft 6 wide. 2 bathrooms. Upstairs bright living room via wide spiral staircase. Downstairs kitchen diner & snug area with breakfast bar. Courtyard with dining table.

Guest Access

Wrought iron spiral staircase. Not suitable for toddlers.

Notes

There will be a cleaning fee as we use professional cleaners to ensure the house is ready for paid rentals as well as exchange guests & we don't live nearby. We would ask that if possible you bring your own towels, or we can provide towels for an extra linen cleaning fee.

Emma, Paul, & sometimes our young adult children Rosie age 22& Lily 21. We live in Surrey, England & have holiday homes in Ayamonte, Spain & Sandwich, a medieval town on the Kent coast of England. All are well kept, extremely comfortable. All will incur a cleaning cost which will be discussed.
