Moffat Beach bursts to life each morning with the sound of fresh wax rubbing, and longboards hitting the surf.  Our apartment is north facing, protected year round from the weather with breathtaking unobstructed views.  

The apartment is in a complex of only 4 apartments each having its own level with lift access to private foyer.  

Moffat Beach makes the perfect base from which to make day trips to Maroochydore, Noosa and visit some of the Sunshine Coast's leading attractions, including Australia Zoo and Aussie World.

A short drive into the Sunshine Coast Hinterland you can  embark on a journey for the soul with the most welcoming towns of Flaxton, Maleny, Montville and Kenilworth.

The Space

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite.  Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.  Bedroom 3 has a single trundle bed with can be converted to two single beds or a king bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Guest Access

A lift accessible via the driveway will take you directly into the apartment foyer.

There is also a set of internal stairs accessible in the fire exit via the eastern side of the building.

Neighbourhood

There are Several lovely cafes just 300m down the hill,  within a short easy walking distance is a grocery store.

Dickie Beach Surf club is also within easy walking distance.  Kings Beach Surf club, Caloundra shopping district and restaurant just a short drive.

Nearest airport

Sunshine Coast Airport is closest and is 27km away. 

Brisbane Domestic and International Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes drive.

Getting Around

There are local bus services in the area to the larger shopping centers but having a vehicle would definitely be more convenient.
