5 minutes walk from the beach. Bus stop just in front of the house. Supermarket opposite the flat. Very safe. In a bourgeois building with concierge. I have family members in town if help is needed.
The space
50m2 flat. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 small bedroom (7m2) with cot (possibility of putting a single bed instead). Sitting room with sofa bed, separate kitchen and a toilet separate from the bathroom.
Guest access
There is a lift in the building and no steps. However the lift is too small for a wheelchair unfortunately.
Notes
Although our flat is set up to cater for a 2 year old. The windows do not have any safety to prevent a child from falling out. We never have the windows open when our son is home. Therefore we would not recommend coming to our flat with a young child.
There is also only one carpet in the flat. For people with allergies, the carpet can be removed.

Neighbourhood
Monaco is very small. You can walk from one end to the other in 45 minutes. It is very touristic and there is lots to do.
To visit in Monaco:
- the Palace and the Rock with its Cathedral (and yes Grace Kelly is buried there) - it's a great place to meander through the old streets, pick up a souvenir and enjoy a traditional meal. This place offers the best views of Monaco. A must see if you come here.
- the Place du Casino and the opera House in the carre d'or with all of the luxury shops. If you love cars, you are sure to spot a nice car or two parked in front of the casino.
- the exotic garden
- oceanographic museum
- Monaco harbor - lots of boats to admire, from the little fishing boat to huge luxury yachts!
- The car museum with vintage cars located in Fontvieille
- don't forget to look at all the Monaco events such as the Grand Prix, the Rallye, the Yacht Show etc...
To visit in the area:
- You have a beautiful walk from Monaco to Menton which is a charming and very popular seaside town (a must see!)
- the big metropolitan town of Nice is only 1 hour by bus with its museums, shopping, churches etc....
- Italy is only 20 km down the road.
- San Remo is a mere 40minute drive
Getting to my home
Nice airport is 30 minutes drive from the flat or 5 minutes by helicopter! There is also a bus or train.
