People Like Us Local Guide
We have been in this fantastic place for some years, so we know what is worth looking for and where to eat amazing food.
Our first globe and wow what a fabulous home to stay at. The photos really do not do the views justice. To wake every morning and be greeted by clear blue skies, and the stunning coastline of La Herradura Bay was such a pleasure.
The house is just as described with everything you need catered for.. The house is upside down so you enter at street level where there are two spacious double bedrooms and access to the garage (there is a large fridge freezer which we used to store ice!).
Downstairs is an open plan kitchen diner with an adjacent living room, both with large sliding doors that provide a magnificent frame for the sea view.
We didn't really use the living room in our entire stay but it is well equipped with comfortable sofas and large TV
The balcony runs the entire width of the downstairs, and is where we spent most of our time.. The bbq was so convenient to prepare lunch and dinner and the weather was great day and night.
We last visited la herradura over 25 years ago for our honeymoon and we're so glad we had this opportunity to return. It's a beautiful part of Spain with so many interesting places to visit within a relatively short drive. We'd be back in a heartbeat !
Thank you Stefan, your home was perfect!
Stefans home was perfect for our visit. It's in a really nice nature area and the views are incredible. There is lots of space and the neighbourhood is quiet. Stefan was quick to respond to us and helped us with any issues we had. Would definitely recommend
We had a really great time at Stefan’s place in La Herradura. The house is in a wonderful location with a superb view over the bay. It is beautifully furnished and is really very comfortable. We appreciated the central heating for the cooler evenings.
It was Stefan’s first PLU exchange and we felt very privileged to be the first PLU guests. We hope to go back one day. It all went really smoothly.

Zoe and Missy where very easy to do an exchange with, very experienced in exchanges, everything went smooth and the house is left in a perfect clean and organised way, thanks a lot for that.
We did our first swap together with Helen. This was incredibly easy and professional done by her and the house was very well taken care of. Hellen is the perfect guest andI I recommend her by 100% as the perfect PLU exchange friend.
