General Overview

It is an apartment that is only 2 meters from the beach, a quiet place and perfect for children

The Space

Our apartment has an open kitchen / dining room, has a gallery with a washing machine and a fountain to wash clothes. There is a completely renovated bathroom. It is divided into three rooms, two of which have two single beds in each and the other a double bed, all rooms have closets.

Guest Access

It is located at the foot of the ground, there are no stairs, it is ideal for people with reduced mobility. You can park your car right in front of the entrance door.

Notes

Our apartment is located just 3 km from the center of Denia. In Denia there are boat trips to go to Formentera, Mallorca and Ibiza in a few hours. You can reach Benidorm in just 20 minutes by car. Valencia and Alicante are less than an hour from our house, there is a very good highway. We have a great golf course very close to home, only 10 minutes away by car.

Neighbourhood

It is on a street not used by cars and it leads directly to the sand of the beach, ideal for children, they can be away from home without any kind of danger, they will be able to go and play with the sand by themselves.

Getting to my home

The best way to get to our house is by car, there is no good public transport to it. We have a bus stop very close that takes you to the center of Denia, having more frequency in the summer months than in the winter months.

The nearest airports are: Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport, both are at exactly the same distance, 81 km, around 1 hour by car.

There are some very good food restaurants.
