General overview
It is ground floor of the house. In upper floor of the house there is another apartment with separate entrance.
The house is always under construction so it might not be exactly the same as on the pictures. We try to improve something every few months.
There are few parts which are not quite finished, but apartment is very nice to live with all needed equipment. We already had 5 very successful home exchanges on different platform with this apartment (and many on our previous apartment).
As we have 3 kids (born 2012, 2014 & 2018) you might find quite few toys for their age.
The space
Apartment structure:
- spacious living room with kitchen and access to terasse
- bedroom for parents
- 2 kids rooms
- toddlers room
Guest access
Could be used with wheelchair but there are two stairs to come to the living room.
1 stair from parking to the enterance.
2 stairs to the living room.
Notes
Especially nice for families as we have lot of toys for small kids.
There is a cat living outside but sleeps by the entrance - she is not allowed to come to the apartment, but it is probably not ok if one has is allergic to cats. Cat is fed by the neighbour upstairs - so don't worry about that.
In summer I would ask you to water the grass and garden every few days. You might find also some vegetables on the garden.

Neighbourhood
All infrastructure is on walking distance - shops, market, playgrounds, trim path, public busses, public bicycles, nice walking paths (small lake)...
Nearest airport
Ljubljana (30min), Venice (2h), Vienna (5h)
Getting around
For exploring Ljubljana you will not need a car. Bus stop is very close and we can leave you bicycles (if we don't take them on holidays). For exploring other parts of Slovenia it would be much easier to have a car as public transport in is not the best condition.
