The space
Our terraced house will welcome you warmly with its beautiful living space and its 3 bedrooms upstairs.
The master bedroom consists of a 160 x 200 cm bed and a completely empty chest of drawers at your disposal. Another bedroom has a 90 x 200 bed. A 3rd bedroom has a comfortable 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, a 90 x 190 high bed and an empty wardrobe entirely at your disposal.
The upstairs bathroom consists of a large shower, a bath, a toilet and a double sink.
The pellet stove will warm you up after your winter visits.
The flower garden includes 2 terraces, a playground for children and a vegetable garden to enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Children will find lots of toys for all ages in the house and outside (wooden playground, swing, trampoline, molkky, bowling, dinette, trucks etc...)
We have all the baby equipment (high chair, plastic dishes, travel cot and mattress, changing mat, stroller, bathtub, bath seat, many early learning toys).
Our cat Gargamel is independent, there is no litter box to empty. All you have to do is fill his bowl with kibble and a little water.
Our semi detached house will warmly welcome you with a spacious living room and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The pellet stove will warm you up after your visits during winter.
The flowery garden includes 2 terraces, a wooden playground for children, fresh fruits and vegetables.
Children will find lots of toys for all ages in the house and outside (wooden playgroung, swing, trampoline, molkky, bowling, trucks etc...)

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is very quiet and 10 minutes walk from all the shops. In a dead end, our house is close to the main roads to visit the region.
We are 15 minutes from Rouen by motorway, an unmissable medieval and historic town. You will also discover the abbey of Jumièges and the Seine valley (15 mins), the cliffs of Etretat (45 mins), the sea and the Alabaster coast, Veules les Roses (+ beautiful village in France), Honfleur , Giverny (1h) and nearby (25 mins) a botanical and zoological park, an amusement park, a swimming and leisure lake, a forest, many hiking trails, parks and gardens...
An 8 km greenway crosses our village for safe walks.
Several golf courses 20 minutes away.
All shops 10 mins walk or 2 mins by car with parking (bakeries, pharmacies, butchers, Super U, tobacconist, press, bank...). We are 5 minutes from a very large Carrefour shopping center (without the nuisance!).
Our adorable neighbor is happy to inform you if necessary. His impeccable English will come to the aid of our foreign friends!
Our neighborhood is very quiet and house is at 10 min walking distance from all shops. In a dead end, our house is close to highway to visit area.
We live at 15 minutes from Rouen, medieval and historical city. A 8 km green way in the center town offers you the possibility of walking and cycling in security far away from cars.
You can play golf at 20 min drive.
All shops 10 mn walk or 2 mn by car with parking (bakeries, pharmacies, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press, bank ...). We live at 5 min by car from a very big mall.
Our lovely neighbor will be happy to inform you when needed. His perfect English will rescue you!
Getting around
We are 10 minutes walk from the shops, 2 minutes by car. Possibility to park in the city center for free.
