General overview
Ideally located, in a quiet suburb of Paris, 5minutes from the Marne River by foot and 20minutes from Paris by car (or 40min by public transports).
You will feel to be in the countryside but also in the city at the same time!
Fully equipped with a nice garden all around and a big terrace. We also have 3cats that are part of our family and will stay at home.
We did some work in the house, so everything is modern and confortable, tastefully furnished, for an absolutely welcoming house.
We live at the end of a dead-end street so the area is very quiet. The garden is all around the house and the three rooms on the est side overlook the garden and hide you from the other houses around.
In our daughter's bedroom we have all toys for 6months childrens to 4 years old.
We have also 2 bikes you can use, a bbq and a table tennis.
The house : on a 500m2 garden, the house is just in the middle, with a large terrace on the back.
You enter from the main entrance and you have the possibility to go left to the indipendent part or upstairs to the main house.
On the indipendent flat you will find a "summer" kitchen fully equiped that we usually use on spring/summer when we eat on the terrace or for bbq. There is a nice room and a modern bathroom. There is a direct access to the garden and terrace as well. Please note : sometimes this indipendent flat is not available, please ask as if you want to use it. - not available on summer -
Returning to the entrance, you can go up finding a big open kitchen with living room. Just next to it there is the studio or guests room with a convertible sofa and a nice balcony, and then the main and big bathroom with a bathtub. Going upstairs, there is the parent's room and the children room with a modern bathroom in between.
