General Overview

My appartment is located at the Vondelpark in the Old West district. It is at the 'first' floor ('first' in the European meaning, so just one relaxed stair to climb). It has a nice and cosy living room with a lot of light, two small(er) bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice kitchen with a lot of equipment if needed. I was an AIRBNB host for years and the guests were fond of the appartment and rated it as Super(hosted. The street is most times quit and the neighborhood is nice and safe. Your are in my home close to two parks, Vondelpark (1 minute walking away), and Rembrandtpark. (10 min). In those parks you can safely stroll, jogging, sit and picknick and watch and connect to interesting people around you. Public transport to the touristic town center is 7 minutes walking (Tram 1) and 10 minutes walking to Tram 2 that bring you to all all famous museums. Your are 20 minutes away by car from Schiphol and 35 minutus by Train & Tram. There is payed parking for cars all over in this neighbourhoud but there a further away cheaper options that I can tell you. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood from pizzeria's to Michelin Starred ones. Also there are several supermarkets near by., as well bike - and car rentals. David Lloyd Sportclub with a fine swimming pool is around the corner. See possibilities and prices at their website.
