General Overview

Ubatuba is a great resort, with clean waters and fine sand. The house is just 50 meters from the beach.

The Space

The house is semi-detached, with two floors and front porch. It has two bedrooms, a toilet on the ground floor and a full bathroom on the upper floor. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms and air conditioning in the double bedroom.

Guest Access

The rooms are on the top floor with stairway access. Thus, it is not suitable for people with physical disabilities.

Notes

The historic city of Sao Francisco do Sul, the third oldest in Brazil, is just 15 km away. It has a well-preserved historic center, there are interesting museums, space for walking and boating on the bay. Joinville, the city where we live, is 50 km away, has some shopping malls, good restaurants, museums and the airport that serves the region. Florianópolis, the capital of our state, is 3 hours away and along the way there are numerous beaches and interesting cities. Curitiba, capital of the neighboring state of Paraná, is a beautiful city and also worth a visit. Iguazú Falls, though a bit distant, can be reached by bus, car or by plane from Curitiba.
