General overview

Our apartment is located in a small Swiss village, just a few minutes from the beautiful Lake Constance and the medieval city of Konstanz, which already belongs to Germany. The lake can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The city of Zurich is approximately 1 hour away by car. And the nearest ski areas in Switzerland and Austria are only 1-1.5 hours away. Great excursion destinations can be reached in about 1-2 hours - the city of Saint Gallen (CH) - the city of Stein am Rhein (CH) - the city of Meersburg (DE) - Hohenzollern Castle (DE) - the city of Bregenz (AT) - many hiking opportunities - lots of beautiful little Swiss villages - Skiing in Lech/Zürs (AT) - Skiing in Flims/Laax (CH) - Skiing in the Bregenz Forest (AT)

The space

The apartment is a 4-room apartment. There are two bedrooms available, one with a king-size bed, the other with a pull-out sofa. The children's rooms are locked and can be made available upon request. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one with an additional bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need except a microwave. But there will be an oven, a steamer, a slow cooker and a Thermomix instead :). There are 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the smaller bedroom. Both have Netflix. The living room also has a desk with a large monitor and a docking station as well as an electronic piano. The balcony is approx. 12 m long and faces southwest. A gas grill as well as a parasol and a comfortable rocking chair are available. During your stay you can also use our bikes and SUP. It's only a 10-minute walk to the lake. If you have a car, you can park it in the garage below the house. If you wish, you can also use our car (within Switzerland only for customs reasons).

The apartment is on the first floor of a 5-family house. It is fully wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.
