There’s an open kitchen featuring granite countertops and plenty of cabinetry. Full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, stovetop burners, pots/pans, plates, cutlery, glasses etc etc. Everything needed to cook a gourmet meal !

The living room also enjoys sliding glass doors onto the balcony. The condo is furnished, 2 cozy Queen beds and including split air conditioning units, ready for your visit.

The Coronado Bay Solarium is part of the Coronado Bay residential tower, one of the most sought-after residences in Coronado. It’s reputation for quality (it was built by Empresas Bern) and its ideal location in Coronado make it a great place to call home.

Getting Around

Easy walk to some fabulous restaurants, corner store, local pub. There is a local bus, or rent golf cart to zip around everywhere including major grocery stores.
