General overview

My townhouse is located in award winning Nerja, a stone's throw from the center of town and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

The space

The small private gated community has 25 houses and a community pool. I have 3 bedrooms but use one for personal items and storage so offer 2 bedrooms which is perfect for up to 4 people. There is a new renovated kitchen with a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. There is also WiFi, TV.

The area is known as the Parador zone due to it's proximity to the hotel and there are numerous shops and places to eat in the immediate area.

Getting around

Everything is within walking distance but if you decide to use a car there is free parking in the street outside.
