General Overview

Completely renovated 1970s split-level home with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings with skylights. There are just a few pictures that show our main level. More pictures to come that better illustrate our entire home.

The Space

The primary suite with attached bathroom along with three other bedrooms and a bathroom are on the upper level. There is an additional bedroom that has been converted to a workout room with a fold out bed and attached bathroom on the lower level. There are 2 living room spaces, a basement playroom and a charming, fenced-in backyard.

Guest Access

This is a split level home spread out over 4 floors with short staircases in between. The main living room is sunken with 2 steps down. The front door is 2 steps up to gain access to the house.

Notes

Fort Collins is a destination with great access to the outdoors just outside of the city. There is hiking, swimming, paddle-boarding, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, rafting etc all within easily accessible driving distance from our home. This is what we do here and our guests will enjoy the same access to these natural amenities that make this a great place to live.

The house is located in an established, quiet neighborhood that is on a bike trail that easily accesses the rest of the Fort Collins bike routes.

We are located approximately 1 hour drive north of Denver International Airport. The home is best reached by car.

Getting Around

Our home is located a short drive from Old Town Fort Collins for food, shopping, or entertainment. Fort Collins also has a great bike trail system that accesses nearly all parts of the city. Our home is located very near a main bike trail that accesses this system and can be utilized to explore the city and surrounding area on bikes. We have 5 bikes of variable sizes (adults to kids) that can be used by our guests.
