General Overview

PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING: DUE TO A RENOVATION OUR HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE REST OF 2025. We look forward to sharing new pictures and opening our doors again to this community when it is completed. Step off the elevator right into our traditional NYC loft. You'll be near the river, parks, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the subway and many tourist destinations.

The Space

Perfect for a family with children, there re two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other a bunkbed. There is also a pull out couch in the living room which can sleep two people. We have a travel crib if needed, high chair, toys books and everything else you'll need!

Guest Access

There is an elevator up to the apartment which opens in the apartment. There is a step up to the front door, but there is a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers.

Neighbourhood

Tribeca is one of the safest and cleanest neighborhoods in New York. It's a nice quiet residential area but with a ton of restaurants, and close to all the subways and tourist attractions.
