Easy to do a day trip to Vancouver on the car ferry, a new passenger fast ferry to downtown Vancouver or a 20 minute float plane ride to downtown Vancouver. We also just built a Pickleball court. There is a wine and beer store within walking distance and the Red Gap commercial centre witj large grocery store, coffee shop and pharmecy within 2 to 3 minute drive. Costco and Walmart and a 10 minute drive.

A car is best but there is bus service a 1 minute walk away.

Nanaimo 35 minutes and Comox 60 minutes

We are a couple now retired 8 years. We play and teach Pickleball and have our own home court. We love to travel and can travel mostly Nov through May as the Canadian  property keeps us busy May through October although we are able to do exchanges during this time and can give up the house and move down to our RV.
