2019 built 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom (en suite) family home.
Concrete driveway with plenty of parking space.
Large backyard and private space. Covered Patio with a BBQ, seating and spa. Open plan living.
The space
Open plan kitchen/living, walk in pantry. Master bedroom has en suite and king bed, tv in room with Netflix access. 2 bedrooms have queens bed (1 room has tv with netflix access) and smaller bedroom has a single bed. Will sleep 7 people.
Guest access
single story house with easy access.
Notes
We 2 cats called Casper and Jasper they are friendly boys and love pats, very tolerant with children. If you dont want them around during your stay we can find alternative accommodation for him. If you are happy to feed him while you stay we are good with that too.

Neighbourhood
We live in a quiet Estate called Ascot Heights. It is a newish subdivision in Invercargill. We are 5.0km from the City Centre, 3.5km to Bill Richardson Transport World and 7.4kms to the Invercargill Airport. Bluff is a 20 minute drive, you will then be at the bottom of the South Island.
We are an hours drive from the beautiful coastlines of New Zealand which include Curio Bay and Colac Bay. Riverton is a 30 minute drive and has beautiful Sea views.
If you want to venture further for day trips Te-Anau is a 2 hour drive and Queenstown 2.5 Hours, the drive to get to these places has some exceptional photo opportunities.
Getting around
There are plenty of car hire places around Invercargill or we own a van rental company and maybe able to provide you with transport on availability and request
