General Overview

This is a self contained street level apartment that is in the lower level of our other listing https://peoplelikeus.world/properties/11355/. This is a 100 year old house and we built this apartment in 2016. This location is truly excellent in Seattle as you can walk to most of the sites that people want to see.

This is a one bedroom apartment with its own entrance, bathroom, and laundry facilities. This has been rented as a furnished apartment for the last few years and now has become available for our friends on PLU.

Neighbourhood

Lower Queen Anne is one of the premier neighborhoods in all of Seattle and an excellent choice for tourists. You can walk to the Space Needle, Seattle Center, Climate Pledge Arena (home of the last place Seattle Kraken of the NHL), and hundreds of restaurants and coffee options. Parks on the Puget Sound and on Lake Union are also an easy walk.

- Follow Google Maps if driving - Easy Uber from the airport - Light rail from the airport and get off at Westlake. One can Uber from there.

- Walkscore of 87 means the walkability is excellent - Transit score of 82 so bus/light rail is convenient as well - Uber or driving works for farther destinations
