This is a self contained basement apartment that is in the lower lever of our other listing https://peoplelikeus.world/en/properties/11355/. This is a 100 year old house and we built this apartment in 2016. This location is truly excellent in Seattle as you can walk to most of the sites that people want to see.

Lower Queen Anne is one of the premier neighborhoods in all of Seattle and an excellent choice for tourists. You can walk to the Space Needle, Seattle Center, Climate Pledge Arena (home of the last place Seattle Kraken of the NHL), and hundreds of restaurants and coffee options. Parks on the Puget Sound and on Lake Union are also an easy walk.
