For a morning coffee, there are 2 coffee shops (some with fantastic bakeries) within a 2-minute walk and more within 5 minutes. You can walk to over 30 restaurants for an evening meal. Reserved parking for two cars is included, but you don't need a car as you are one block from major bus lines.

Neighbourhood
Lower Queen Anne is a highly desirable location for people visiting Seattle. It is an easy walk to Belltown, Downtown, Seattle Center, and more. Walk up the hill to Kerry Park which has an iconic view of Seattle. From Kerry Park walk to Molly Moon's for the best ice cream in the city. This location is truly fantastic.
