We love the quite peaceful neighborhood with extensive amenities. There are private neighborhood trails and the best proximity to the best winter or summer mountain activities

The house is a two story mountain modern 3 bed, 3 bath with windows everywhere for providing the perfect view..

Guest Access

Our guests will have access to our neighborhood clubhouse, pool and hot tub. At the “Aspen House” there is a gym, a ping pong table, and video games.

Notes

Our house has 2 e-bikes and fly fishing rods that can be used.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is close to town, but quiet and peaceful. Wildlife is plentiful! Expect to see deer, fox and moose. There are many trails that can be accessed from our house for either hiking or cross country skiing or snow shoeing depending on the season. There is a park, dog park, and a small disc golf course at the entrance of our neighborhood.

Getting to my home

Our home is at about 9,000 feet altitude in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. It is about a one hour drive west of Denver, Colorado.

Nearest airport

Denver International Airport. Shuttles available from airport that can drop you at the house.

Getting Around

A car is best to get around although there is a bus system that can be navigated.
