This is the lower level of our house and includes three bedrooms (two queen sized beds,one king single), kitchen,living area and bathroom. There is laundry access from the apartment. There is also a very pleasant outdoor area with a garden outlook.
There is no dedicated undercover garage space, but plenty of on street parking . We have a car we maintain for the use of our guests.
The living area is accessed by a walkway beside the house. in the event of wet weather, you are welcome to enter via the main house. This involves a staircase.

The area is mostly residential but is very close to the centre of town. There are children's playgrounds,sporting fields,cycle and walking tracks and a public swimming pool all in the near area.
There is a large shopping centre with supermarket,pharmacy,medical centre,banking facilities, specialty stores and restaurants just a very short walk (about 5 minutes) from the house. Train and bus stations are also only a short walk away.
