The Space
This home is very spacious and bright with natural light.
We love the open concept and modern furnishings.
We appreciate the proximity to Downtown Pleasanton and nearby parks, trails and other cities such as Dublin, Livermore, Danville and San Ramon.
Guest Access
This home is on the second floor however all of the living spaces are on the same level.
The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a closet, one nightstand, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.
The primary suite elevates the experience with a king-sized bed, a spacious closet, two nightstands, and an en suite bathroom comprising a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Central to the house is a great room for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a smart TV, a sectional couch, and a coffee table. Adjacent to this, a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and credenza caters to work-from-home needs.
Notes
This is a furnished and fully stocked guest house on our property. We live onsite and love our local community.
Electricity, gas and water/sewer utilities are very costly in our area. We hope you will be mindful about usage during your stay.
Also we ask to have a professional team come and clean the unit so that it will be in the same condition as you received it -- CLEANING FEE $270

It depends where you are traveling from however we are less than 1 hour from SFO and approximately 30 minutes from San Jose and Oakland Airports.
Getting Around
Use of a vehicle is very helpful however it is possible to get around with a combination of walking, biking, UBER/LYFT and train.
