General Overview

I love my charming beachside apartment. It offers a fresh bright coastal atmosphere and is located in a prime position where you can enjoy easy access to cafe’s, shops and restaurants. This perfectly situated bright and breezy apartment is a two-bedroom apartment and presents as a chic coastal style with a trendy stylish European feel. The first floor white brick residence offers a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere, starting with the large master bedroom, a queen bed, air conditioning and a fan. The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioner and a fan. The apartment’s open plan design showcases ocean glimpses on a charming outdoor patio area where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The lounge leads to a decent size kitchen that’s perfect for preparing homemade meals. The spacious lounge is designed for comfort and leisure. A 55-inch smart TV and Wifi. Practical shutter blinds offer privacy and are excellent for blocking out harsh sunlight or keeping the warmth during the colder months. A single garage houses the washing machine and dryer, convenient for trips back from the beach and a full clothes line is available. My calendar is very flexible. The Space

There is small sets of stairs to the apartment. Apartments lit up at night as you walk through. The apartment offers a very bright and breezy, happy atmosphere. The lounge is designed for comfort and leisure and has well cushioned seating, tv, Netflix and wi-if. This leads out onto a small patio with festoon lights where you can enjoy a glass of wine. The first floor I white brick residence offers a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere, starting with the master room which offers a comfortable Queen size bed, fan and air conditioning. The second room has a double bed with a fan. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. Down stairs you have the single garage that houses the laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer making it easy to drop off your sandy beach wear wear.

Guest Access

There is a small flight of stairs. There are safety rails in the shower and toilet for those needing assistance.

Notes

High large long cars may have difficulty with the drive way and may have to park on the road.

Neighbourhood

Across the road to the apartment is the beach where you can just have a chill day or you can book a jet-ski tour, fishing or even book a trip over to the amazing and beautiful K’Gari/Fraser Island. The bus stop to the Ferry is across the road. There is also the Regional Gallery, golf and mini golf, the huge Boat Club over looking the Marina. Along the Esplanade are plenty of eateries and various types of restaurants, with some lovely ones within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Getting to my home

You have a number of options. You can fly, bus or catch the train once you have arrived at the airport.

Nearest airport

If you fly into Brisbane the Bay is 3.5 hours drive but you have the option to fly. You can also fly in from Melbourne. Train and bus availability too.

Getting Around

Cafe’s, restaurants, water sports, shops all in walking distance. Main shops, buses or taxis available. Bus to the ferry to the amazing and beautiful K’Gari Island (Fraser Island) is across the road from the apartment as is the beach.

Marion

I have two grown up children with 2 two beautiful grandchildren. I am hoping to be able to travel now and then and enjoy different places around the world and also in my home country of QLD Australia. I will be traveling most of the time with my partner. I would love to visit Sweden and Denmark as my first choices. For the Globe trip but I am hoping to see other places too. Weekends or long weekends would be great for a swap in Brisbane. Or Adelaide. As I am a very busy person still with work, I am hoping to collect some globes for future travel too.
