General overview
Our main home is on a quiet street with long time friendly residents. There are two bus stops at the end of the road, and we are 5 minutes off the freeway with easy access to all of Portland within 15-20 minutes at the furthest. Multnomah village is great for travelers who want peace and quiet, and with 5 minutes walking distance to great shops, coffee house, food trucks and a fine dining place.
The space
Our home is small but doesn't feel that way due to the great natural light and high ceiling in the kitchen with skylights. One bedroom has a comfortable queen organic latex mattress, and our son's room has a twin with the same type of mattress. The living room has seating for 5, with a new OLED tv. The bathroom has great water pressure and a bathtub. The home was remodeled a few months ago, and the hardwood floors are beautiful underfoot. We use all scent free cleaning products and run air doctor and IQ air filters to help with cat dander and outdoor pollen.
Guest access
All one floor, guests will have full access to home and laundry room. Our guesthouse is in the backyard and currently rented out by one friendly, quiet person - it's set back from the house and plants and trees provide good privacy for both homes.

We can not have smoking or vaping of any kind in the house, thank you.

PDX is 30 minutes away by car/taxi, 1 hour by train. Bus stop at end of drive. Having a car is more convenient. Open to car swaps for sure.
