We love traveling and would love to exchange our home with you! There are so many interesting and exciting sites in Rome, you'll love it here!

We have also made arrangements with local restaurants, like "La Boscaglia", where you can have a 10% discount.
The space
It was built in the 1920s and is one of the oldest houses in this part of the Roman country (Boccea). We renovated it in 2023 and we have preserved its magic. Here you can enjoy silence and peace! It’s good for singles, couples, and families. We have Private Parking, WIFI, and a very spacious private garden. There is also a Kayak available for people who love to paddle at the lake or sea nearby. You will have access to the first and second floor of the house, a spacious garden, and a fireplace.
Guest access
Guests can get in the house very easily, the is a lockbox where you can get your keys and leave them when you go!
Notes
We have a little dog named "Molly" who lives here. There is a person who takes care of her, she's very friendly and cute.

Neighbourhood
There is a cafè, grocery shop, supermarkets and many great Italian restaurants like "La Boscaglia" and "La Dispenza".
Getting to my home
The best way to get to our house is by car. Usually, our guests rent a car at the airport (Ciampino or Fiumicino) and get around very easily.
Nearest airport
Ciampino 33 minutes.
Fiumicino 28 minutes.
Getting around
Many of our guests drive to the train station, leave the car, and get to the city very fast with the train. You can also arrive, by car, at the beach ("Fregene", "Marina di San Nicola") in around 20 minutes. There is also the "Bracciano Lake" not far away. To get to the city we usually go to the Aurelia Train Station, leave the car, get the train to Rome and voilà, you're in the centre of the World!

Robert James
My name is Robert Hanrahan and I am a music composer. I have been travelling a lot in many parts of the world and I love the idea of exchanging houses with other people throughout the world. With my parents we used to swap houses I the 70s.
We are looking for great houses to exchange with our country house in Rome. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a double-bed room, a single room, and two rooms on the second floor: one is a studio and the other is a double-bed room.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
