Neighbourhood

12 minutes drive to downtown Penticton, and 10 minutes to Naramata Village. There is so much to do in the area! Amazing Restaurants, Golfing, Amusement Park, Wine Tastings, Hikes, Lakes! There are dozens of wineries all within a short distance, some even by walking. There are beautiful hikes & cycling trails (KVR) very close by. There are 2 beaches less than 15 minutes away. Boat rental is available on Skaha Lake or Okanagan Lake (both about 20 minutes away) if you are interested in tubing or water skiing. The Saturday farmer's market is huge and very well known in the area.

Penticton Airport is 20 minutes away. Kelowna Airport is about 1 hour.
