General overview
New apartment (62mq), located in the Como city center, easily reachable on foot, by car and by train. There is a private free parking for the car, just below the apartment. The apartment is central but very very quiet. Ideal for a couple who wants to feel at home.
The space
The modern apartment has a dining area, cooling and dehumidification system with sofa and large window overlooking the internal garden, dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cast iron and glass teapots, oven, toaster and everything needed for cooking. The double bedroom is equipped with a large velux window (you can fall asleep looking at the stars!), there is a large and completely empty wardrobe. The bathroom has a beautiful modern shower, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
The studio has a high-speed fiber WI-FI connection and a desk.

Neighbourhood
The residential neighborhood is very quiet, it doesn't even feel like being in the center of a touristic city like Como.
Getting to my home
The location is perfect: 15 minutes walk from the historic center and less than 5 minutes from the Como Nord – Borghi station (the station that connects to Milan or Malpensa airport), a stone's throw from the cathedral, the lake and the funicular for Brunate. The bus stop is about 50 meters away.

Malpensa airport is about 30 minutes away by train or car.

Pino
We are a family of 4: Marina, Pino, 15 year old Anita and 12 year old Nicolò. We have lived in Como since we decided to start a family, because it is the ideal city for raising children. When we are not busy with work (we have had a Tea Shop in the historic center of Como since 2008) we love traveling with them around the world. Unfortunately, the calendar of the apartment is not updated because it is often rented on Booking and Airbnb, but if you send us a request we will do everything to try to accommodate you. In summer it is more difficult because Lake Como is very touristy.
