General overview

Surrounded by forest, olive and orange trees, 4000 sqm of tropical garden with infinity pool, our house feels like a little piece of paradise. All our visitors feel recharged even after 1-2 days. Our 4 floor mediterrenan house is 189sqm, with various terraces, verandas, resting areas, lookouts ...has a boutique hotel feel. While like separated from the rest of the world, 10-15 min away are great restaurants, night clubs, a world class kitesurfing destination and 20-60 minutes amazing bays and beaches( 25 minutes from marmaris)

The space

The house is 180sqm, 4 floors, 1 ensuite grand bedroom with living room. And 2 comfortable rooms and one roof terrace room and can easily accomodate larger families. Our house js bohemian casual stylish. But it is not slick and luxury. Outside you have much bigger spaces...the inside living room and bedrooms are less spacey. Bathrooms, paint etc all newly renovated.

Guest access

The gardens on different levels dont have security.fences. So it maybe better for non walking Babies or bigger toddlers above 5 or 6. Young infants cant be left alone outside. Also unfortunately not comfortable for older or handicapped because of stairs If we exchange with smaller houses we may leave our personal belongings in the house and restrickt access to some bedrooms. All based on arrangement.

Notes

If there is a family with similar aged kids, we may hoşt while we are there and visa varsa... We have a ensuite bedroom with separate entrance and veranda on the ground floor. Our house is in a preacegul residential area and cant be used as a party house. We welcome you having fun and enjoying great music and drinks. But its not for a Wild party crowd..our neighbours are at least 300 meters away, still we wouldnt want to disturb anyone. No smoking house. Love pets but dont want to allow them in our house.

Neighbourhood

Akyaka kite beach and town is 10 minutes away, and its amazing beach to learn and progress kitesurfing Its also 10 minutes away from markets, restaurants etc. İn Akcapinar also a charming village by the river. The area is also great for SUP, kanyoning, hiking, biking. We are in Gokova bay which has beautuful bays and beaches for renowned sailing tours. Marmaris and koycegiz are both 25 minutes. You can easily do day tours or 2 day tours to Bodrum, Datça, Fethiye, ölüdeniz, Pamukkale

Shuttle from dalamann airport or taxi from bodrum

Nearest airport

You can fly to dalaman 45 min away or bodrum 75min away.. There are many direct flights to dalaman and bodrum from several european countries. Try different days.

Getting around

Taxis are not expensive. If its reciprocal we may also offer our mercedes pickup. Or there is car rental.

Hello. We are a globally travelled, modern Turkish family with 8 year old son. We are well educated (university in Austria, masters in stanford) well travelled (about 60 countries from Australia/new zealand, to europe, southeast Asia, north and south America. We have a summer house, a small paradise for ourselves in the mediterrean, Akyaka, Turkeys best kitesurfing destination and 15 min to 1 hour to incredible beaches and Bays. Our house is in the middle of 4 acres of a tropical garden with an amazing infinitty pool, small waterfalls, several outdoor terraces and living areas. The house is about 180 sqm 3.5 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2Bathrooms. We love our house, its serenity and comfort...Yet we still are passionate about exploring the world and would love to stay in other special houses.
