Our home is located in the Crieve Hall neighborhood. It is 6 miles from downtown. Living area - The kitchen and living room is an open concept and great for a group of 8 or less. 65" TV with local channels, Netflix, Apple TV. No cable. 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) upstairs and 2 newly renovated bathrooms along with 1 large reclining sectional. The basement has 1 bedroom (queen), a living area with 75" smart TV and a full bathroom. Also has a washer and dryer. Outside is a fenced backyard!

Me and my wife, along with our 3 year old son and 7 year old wheaten terrier. My wife and I both work remotely, I am a project manager and she is in marketing for a university. We are in our mid 30s and enjoy exploring new cities, being outdoors, good food and of course all our shows on Netflix at night! Our dog is hypoallergenic (no shedding), well behaved, and is about 35 lbs. We also rent our home out and know how important respectful guests are!
