General Overview

Cute house for a family who likes to walk to know the city. Close to restaurants and the supermarket, with a nice little back yard with swings for the kids.

The Space

The house is prepared for kids, as we have 5. Minimalistic and confortable. It has a living room with a projector that serves as home cinema. The kitchen is separated from the living room and there is a room with 2 single beds as well as a small restroom. On the first floor, you can find 2 bedrooms. One is filled with kids beds (4 little beds and 1 crib) and the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a crib. The bathroom upstairs is quite big with a division to the toilet.

Neighbourhood

Travis heights is one of the highlights of Austin. The neighborhood is quite fancy but next to downtown. Its great to walk around. It has 2 playgrounds walking distance and a community pool also walking distance (5 min) (free of charge). There is a supermarket walking distance, the main street of austin (south congress) is 3 min walking distance and there are 2 tennis courts also walking distance and free of charge.

Getting Around

You can walk to many places but a car is a must to check the surroundings of the city (its worth it)
