General Overview

An old office has been amazingly transformed into an avant-garde T2 apartment with plenty of natural lighting thanks to its location on the top floor of the building. The building is situated in a gem location of Lisbon, being walking distance from its centre, but in a residential area, allowing you to feel the calmness of the city too.

The Space

The apartment was rebuilt by an architect and has been featured in several architect magazines. On the east façade there is a balcony/terrace, and in this area there is a master-suite, with walking-closet, a bedroom and a bathroom. The second room has a bunkbed and is prepared for kids (one of the beds is a single but it's possible to transform it in a queen). The entire social area and the kitchen benefit from the large terrace that has a barbecue and a view of the river.

There is a playground within 10 minute walking and a bigger garden at 15 minute walking too. The supermarket is 7 minute walking and there are several services on the street.

Lisbon airport - without traffic it's 15 minutes by car and 30 by subway.

Getting Around

There is a subway very close by as well as several buses. It is very easy to get around without a car.
