Neighbourhood

With a fast-growing population of about 85,000, Boynton Beach has access to many natural areas and several wetlands that offer premier bird watching. We're also close to many vibrant nearby communities with vibrant arts, music, and nightlife. Our bungalow is on a freshwater canal on the 38-mile Chain of Lakes that connects Lake Osborne and Lake Ida and ultimately flows to the northern Everglades. We are walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, and other urban pleasures including a movie theater and shopping mall. Just a quick drive to the Atlantic Ocean, you have plenty of choices for seaside adventures and beaches. Guests to our area have enjoyed visiting Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and the Everglades. Getting around

This is south Florida, you'll need a car to enjoy the area. Shopping, restaurants, and movie theater are within walking distance. Boynton Beach is one town north of historic Delray Beach, the winner of 3 All American City Awards, Best Main Street in Florida, home to Delray Beach Tennis Center, and 2 towns north of beautiful Boca Raton. Just 17 miles south of Downtown West Palm Beach with an active nightlife, beautiful waterfront, and restaurants galore. For the gamblers, drive out to The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, just west of Fort Lauderdale. There is so much to see and do here, from our famous beaches to the nightlife in Miami. All of Southeast Florida can be conveniently accessed from this neighborhood, located 1 mile from Interstate 95 and 4 miles from the Florida Turnpike.

Lyn Davis and Ken

I am Lyn and the travel planner. I travel with my husband Ken, and sometimes with other friends or family members. We are now officially retired from our careers and ready to travel together.
