General Overview

We love living in this light and airy flat on the 11th floor over looking Tottenham Hale station and the Walthamstow Wetlands. The building was built in 2022 and we are the first owners of the flat so everything is brand new and in perfect working condition. We have aimed for a calming decor to bring us a quiet oasis in a busy city. The transport links are fantastic - 3 minutes walk to Tottenham Hale station which has the Victoria Line on the underground (10 minutes to King’s Cross and 17 minutes to Oxford Circus). The station also has national rail with direct trains to London Liverpool Street, Stratford and Stansted Airport. 24/7 concierge and security make us feel very safe and ensure keys can be exchanged easily and any deliveries never missed!

The Space

2 double bedrooms, one with en suite and a large main bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout with individual room thermostats. No airconditioning however when windows are opened there is a lovely breeze through the flat. Fully equipped kitchen and living room- TV has Netflix, prime and Disney plus. Large balcony with table and chairs and an exercise bike (plus a few dumbbells for anyone so inclined!) For those only requiring one room we will lock the main bedroom with our belongings in. For those who require both bedrooms we will leave some belongings in place, and others locked in a cupboard.

Neighbourhood

The Walthamstow Wetlands are a treat, and the canals also provide some nature in the city - perfect for walking, cycling or running. We love going to Walthamstow Village or going to the breweries by Blackhorse Road. Most guests will mostly be going into central London through the easy transport links but we are always happy to provide recommendations either in this area or wider.

Getting to my home

No parking at all. Rail/underground is the best way.

Nearest airport

London stansted is the closest airport (30 mins on direct train) but any London airport will be accessible through public transport.
